Richard F. Friedman to Speak at the American Planning Association
Neal & Leroy, LLC managing member, Richard F. Friedman, spoke on the topic “Impact of Hanna v. City of Chicago” on Tuesday, November 17th at a program sponsored by the American Planning Association (Chicago Metro Section) and the DePaul University Chaddick Institute for Metropolitan Development. This program entitled “Planning Law Update” focused on the current Illinois legislative, regulatory and judicial developments that affect planners in their work with zoning and community appearance issues—including the potential impact of the recent Hanna case. Municipal planners, design professionals, attorneys, and other professionals who specialize in planning issues were in attendance.
