Attorney David P. Winters to speak at the 2009 Construction Expo
David P. Winters was the featured speaker at the 2009 Construction Expo held November 18-19, 2009 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL. Mr. Winters spoke on the topic “How to Take Advantage of Public Sector Opportunities.” The Construction Expo was formed by professionals who have worked in support of the building and construction industry for more than 27 years. Each year Construction Expo tours 10-12 high-growth metropolitan cities in the United States speaking on key subjects including building, construction, convention, and marketing.
