Attorneys Lenny Asaro and Jacinta Epting, and Managing Member Richard Friedman spoke at the 2009 Eminent Domain Update on June 12, 2009, at the UBS Tower and Conference Center in Chicago IL. This event was sponsored by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
Mr. Asaro presented on the topic “Valuing and Acquiring Environmentally Contaminated Properties.” Ms. Epting will present on the topic “Thorny Issues in Eminent Domain.” Mr. Friedman will present on the topic “The Continuing Viability of Eminent Domain for Economic Development.”
