Attorney Richard F. Friedman to speak at the Annual Historic Preservation Workshop
Richard F. Friedman, Neal & Leroy, LLC managing attorney and attorney for Hanna v. City of Chicago, was the featured speaker at the Annual Historic Preservation Commissions Workshop, which was held September 11-12, 2009 in Quincy, IL.
Mr. Friedman spoke on the topic “New Challenges”. The conference was sponsored by the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency, Illinois Association of Historic Preservation Commissions, and Quincy Historic Preservation Commission.
