Firm attorney members participated in an in-house seminar “The Impact of Development and Regulatory Changes on Land Use and Valuation Cases in the Chicago Metropolitan Area” held Thursday, January 12th.
Lawrence Okrent, a Chicago-based planning and zoning consultant, was the guest speaker. Okrent discussed how aerial photography is used in Land Use and Valuation Cases. Okrent has been an active participant in the local real estate and development community since 1970.
