Neal & Leroy, LLC Elects Two New Managing Members

In February, attorneys Lenny D. Asaro and Thomas W. Goedert were elected to Neal & Leroy, LLC managing members’ team. With Asaro and Goedert’s elections, the firm has a total of eight managing members. Neal & Leroy, LLC, a minority-owned law firm nationally-recognized for its experience and knowledge in the area of eminent domain, municipal law, and real estate law.

Asaro has been practicing law with Neal & Leroy, LLC for almost eleven years serving as counsel for multiple Chicago municipalities, and corporate and non-profit entities. Asaro is currently a member of several professional organizations including the Chicago Inn of Court, Chicago United, Board of Trustees of Life Directions, USA, and, most recently, he was appointed by the Mayor of Evanston as a member of the Evanston Plan Commission. Lenny has also represented the firm in publications and various speaking engagements related to eminent domain.

Lenny received his J.D. from John Marshall in 1995 and a B.S. from Pepperdine University in 1991.

Goedert has been practicing law with Neal & Leroy, LLC for almost nine years primarily serving as counsel to the O’Hare Modernization Program, one of the largest land acquisitions in the history of the City of Chicago. Goedert has also served as counsel to multiple Chicago municipalities, and he has represented numerous creditors in many bankruptcy matters. Goedert is a Former Advisory Board Member to the American Bankruptcy Institute and Former Vice Chairman to the Chicago Bar Assocation Bankruptcy Committee.

Tom received a J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 1989 and a B.A. from Marquette University in 1985.
