Langdon Neal to Speak at Real Estate Investment Association
Langdon Neal will participate as a panel speaker for the Real Estate Investment Association's seminar on the topic "How to Get Deals Done in Chicago" scheduled for Wednesday, March 16th; 5:30pm-7:30pm. The seminar will address knowing the right people and the right processes to develop real estate in Chicago including having knowledgeable architects, engineers, and attorneys assisting throughout the process and having a thorough understanding of the City of Chicago zoning and building codes.
Additional panel speakers include Alderman Howard B. Brookins., Chicago Alderman 21st Ward; Stephen F. Galler, The Habitat Company; and Donna Pugh, Foley & Lardner, LLP. The panel's moderator will be Andrew Wilson, Aries Capital, LLC. The event will be held at the office of Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC, 2 N. LaSalle Street, Suite 1300.
