Neal & Leroy, LLC Represents Hospital to Build Parking Garage and Day Care Center in Streeterville Community
The Chicago Sun-Times highlights Neal & Leroy, LLC’s legal counsel to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in obtaining the necessary zoning approvals to build a new minimum 1,100-space parking garage and a 42,500 square foot day care center in the Streeterville community. The project required rezoning property to a planned development and approval under the Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection Ordinance.
