Anne L. Fredd
Ms. Fredd concentrates her practice in the areas of municipal law, public finance, construction law, contracts and real estate. During her tenure with the firm, Ms. Fredd has rendered a full range of services in public finance as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel or issuer’s counsel for numerous bond issues of city, county and state agencies.
Ms. Fredd also concentrates in municipal law in areas such as general corporate affairs, real estate and construction law.
Representative Matters
- Lead attorney to municipal corporation engaged in acquiring, funding, constructing and renovating public improvements.
- Performed general corporate services for municipal client including minutes and resolutions, ordinances, intergovernmental relations, legislation and affirmative action program.
- Advised client concerning procurement and contract administration, preparation of solicitation and contract documents for professional services and construction work, bid analysis and resolution of claims and disputes.
- Represented public and private clients with respect to various real estate matters including land acquisition and disposition, construction and permanent financing, zoning and land use.
- Participated in various public finance offerings as Issuer’s Counsel, Bond Counsel and Underwriters’ Counsel.
