Paul M. Rickelman
Mr. Rickelman concentrates his practice in eminent domain litigation, zoning and land use, historic preservation, and general real estate matters. Mr. Rickelman has represented municipalities and other governmental authorities, as well as public utilities, in completing acquisition projects for public improvements and redevelopments.
