Bradley A. Smith
Mr. Smith concentrates his practice in the areas of eminent domain, general litigation, business reorganization and bankruptcy. In connection with his eminent domain and condemnation practice, Mr. Smith represents both property owners and governmental bodies alike, and has been trial counsel in numerous jury trials and bench trials involving land acquisition matters. In connection with his bankruptcy and reorganization practice, Mr. Smith represents companies in various litigation matters, including pursuing claims against the estate and defending against adversary proceedings filed by the estate.
