Neal & Leroy has represented institutional health care providers in court and administrative proceedings under the Federal ERISA and CHAMPUS statutes to recover the costs of treatment provided for mental health care; we have successfully dealt with issues of mental health diagnosis, medical necessity, administrative procedures, and the disparate treatment accorded mental illness as opposed to physical illness.
