Neal & Leroy, LLC has extensive experience litigating a range of contested matters on behalf of both public and private sector clients. Over the past five years, Neal & Leroy, LLC has averaged three to five jury trials a year and many bench trials per year.

Our litigation experience includes trial work in the areas of employment discrimination, real estate, eminent domain, and other specific matters including defense of or applications for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunction hearings.

We have represented municipalities in the areas of mechanic's lien claims, construction law disputes, administrative law, class action defense, review of historic preservation matters, procurement challenges to minority affirmative action ordinances, municipal procurement representation, and numerous and extensive representation of landowners and municipalities in eminent domain matters.

We have provided legal services including litigation on behalf the Public Building Commission of Chicago for over 25 years in the course of the firm's role as general counsel for the Commission.

We advise and litigate on behalf of numerous other governmental agencies including Chicago Transit Authority and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority. We represent public officials in Cook County and municipalities including Chicago, Burr Ridge, Berwyn, Evanston, Des Plaines, Countryside, Riverdale, Hodgkins, and Mount Prospect.

We have also advised and litigated as outside counsel to small businesses and various Fortune 500 corporations including Exelon, Sears Holding Company, and AT&T/SBC, including representing these entities in litigation.

Our firm's attorneys possess legal research and writing skills necessary for the drafting of legal pleadings including briefs and legal memoranda, necessary in the course of our representation of the entities referenced above.
