As part of our litigation capability, we have taken many clients through the final steps of the litigation process in the appellate courts. Our attorneys have appeared in the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
