Brian Arnfelt, Chair of Neal & Leroy’s Corporate Practice, advises on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other general corporate matters. Brian also provides outside general counsel services across a diverse range of industries. 

A former partner at an Am Law 5 firm and investment banker, Brian works closely with management teams, founders, entrepreneurs and investors to gain a deep understanding of their long-term business goals, translating intricate legal issues into practical and actionable advice. ​​​
