Emily Crone advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, with particular emphasis on real estate and corporate transactions. Ms. Crone has experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of real estate documents, including contracts, deeds, escrow agreements, and lease and mortgage documents. She also assists with corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract agreements, technology agreements and other general corporate matters.

Ms. Crone received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she earned a Certificate in Business Law and was recognized on the Dean's List. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
