Langdon E. Neal advises clients on transactional matters, with particular emphasis on real estate and corporate transactions. Mr. Neal has experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, escrow agreements, title and survey documents, lease agreements and mortgage instruments. He also counsels clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contract agreements and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Neal & Leroy, Mr. Neal was an associate at a large international law firm, where he represented private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in connection with numerous domestic and cross-border transactions. His transactional experience includes leveraged buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations and equity and debt financings. Mr. Neal received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Trinity College.
