Francine D. Lynch

Ms. Lynch concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, zoning, development and land use, estate and trust as well as probate and mortgage foreclosure. In addition to practicing law, Ms. Lynch has continued her education through an LL.M degree in Health and a Masters degree in Bioethics and Health Policy.  Ms. Lynch is currently a candidate for a doctorate in Bioethics.


Representative Matters

Counsel for the Public Building Commission of Chicago, City of Chicago, the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, City of Des Plaines and Chicago Transit Authority on numerous land acquisition matters.

Land acquisition projects include United Center, New Kennedy King College, Chicago Transit Authority, Blue Line Rehabilitation Project and Brown Line Capacity Expansion Project, City of Des Plaines, Fire Station #2 and TIF Redevelopment Project 2 and 6.
