MacKinzie Neal advises on matters involving intellectual property protection and ownership, technology transactions, and privacy and cybersecurity. She frequently works on general commercial agreements in the technology sector. Ms. Neal also has significant experience advising on matters relating to artificial intelligence (AI), digital assets and blockchain technology.
As former senior associate at an Am Law 5 firm, MacKinzie worked closely with product development, corporate, IP, and engineering teams to develop a strong technical understanding of clients’ business needs in order to deliver clear, strategic, and actionable legal guidance.
MacKinzie earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
