Steven represents corporate clients across a wide variety of industries, including private equity, technology, financial services, fintech and digital media. He brings over a decade of experience spanning in-house leadership and AmLaw firm roles, combining a rigorous, analytical approach with a practical, business-first mindset. 


Steven advises clients across a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and financing and sales processes, commercial contracts and risk allocation and negotiation strategies. He also negotiates technology-related agreements (including SaaS and services agreements) and counsels business teams on contract structure, risk allocation and negotiation strategies. 


Steven has developed and implemented legal AI technology and managed global data privacy compliance programs across multiple international jurisdictions. He has advised boards and executive teams on risk management frameworks for heavily regulated counterparties, including credit bureaus and financial institutions.


Earlier in his career, Steven served as Vice President of Cybersecurity and Bank Regulation at Société Générale and was an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb in New York.
