Matt brings exceptional experience from his tenure as an IP & Technology Transactions attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he advised clients on complex technology and intellectual property matters, M&A transactions, and commercial agreements across multiple industries.

Most recently, Matt has experience as in-house counsel at multiple startups, allowing him to understand client issues deeply and on a practical level.  Through this role, Matt has extensive experience in matters including corporate governance, technology transactions, cryptocurrency-related matters, contract management and strategic legal counseling for innovative companies in the tech and digital asset space.
