N & L Attorney Jeanette Sublett Presents at Just the Beginning Foundation National Conference

Neal & Leroy managing member Jeanette Sublett presented at Just the Beginning’s 12th National Conference in Chicago, Illinois. Jeanette and attorney Gabbi Herrera, who assisted with the presentation, participated in the conference’s Continued Legal Education (CLE) panel, “The Life and Legacy of Judge George N. Leighton” where they celebrated Judge Leighton’s advancement of civil rights and honored the accomplishments of his legal career. They also met where they met with Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor who spoke at the conference. We applaud Just the Beginning’s (JTB) commitment to helping students of color and those from underrepresented communities realize the possibilities of becoming a lawyer and leaders of their community.
