Neal & Leroy Helping To End The City’s Food Desert

Neal & Leroy is serving as legal counsel to the developer McLaurin Development Partners and working closely with the City’s Department of Planning and Development to obtain all legal entitlements required to construct a much needed grocery store , Pete’s Fresh Market, and other retail businesses. Neal & Leroy is proud to represent the team of developers who are bringing this much needed project to the Bronzeville community. The project was presented at a community meeting and received an overwhelmingly positive response. The community voiced its unanimous support of the project.
