Neal & Leroy represents Rush University Medical Center in land sale agreement with the Blackhawks

Neal & Leroy is pleased to announce Rush University Medical Center has finalized a land sale agreement with the Chicago Blackhawks as the team seeks to build a two-rink expansion of their practice facility. Neal & Leroy is proud to represent Rush University Medical Center in this transaction. Rush will use a portion of their proceeds from the sale towards the Sankofa Wellness Village Project in West Garfield Park. Neal & Leroy attorneys utilized their negotiation and advocacy skills to reach an agreement that allows Rush to pursue their goals of providing healthcare services to disinvested neighborhoods on the West Side while the Blackhawks will use the new practice facility for the team and other area hockey clubs.
