Ms. Anderson-Vargas concentrates her practice in representing employers in employment law matters. She assists clients in litigation and administrative proceedings involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related disputes. Ms. Anderson-Vargas also assists with a variety of employment matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and counseling on employment-related issues.

While attending law school, Ms. Anderson-Vargas served as a graduate assistant in the Office of the General Counsel at Northern Illinois University, where she gained experience in employment law and compliance matters. She also participated in Northern Illinois University’s Health Advocacy Clinic as a 711-licensed law student, where she counseled clients and assisted them with a variety of legal matters.
