Neal & Leroy Partner Friedman Lectures on Preserving Illinois Cultural and Historic Resources

N&L Partner Richard Friedman lectured at HalfMoon Education’s Illinois Professional Land Surveying Law and Ethics webinar. Richard used his vast expertise in real estate law, land use, and historic preservation when lecturing on the preservation of Illinois cultural and historic resources. Richard spoke about the impact preservation laws have on private property and public projects, incentives available to owners of cultural property, along with other issues related to preservation. Richard teaches Historical Preservation Law at the University of Chicago School of Law and teaches for the Master’s Degree program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. HalfMoon Education is a company that provides continuing education seminars for licensed professionals, including attorneys.
