Ms. Lynch concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, zoning, development and land use, estate and trusts as well as probate and mortgage foreclosure. In addition to practicing law, Ms. Lynch received a doctorate degree in Bioethics, a LLM degree in Health, and a Masters degree in Bioethics and Health Policy.

  • Counsel for the Public Building Commission of Chicago, City of Chicago, the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, City of Des Plaines and Chicago Transit Authority on numerous land acquisition matters.

  • Land acquisition projects include United Center, New Kennedy King College, Chicago Transit Authority, Blue Line Rehabilitation Project and Brown Line Capacity Expansion Project, City of Des Plaines.

  • Served as counsel on a TIF Redevelopment Project.

  • Served as counsel on numerous real estate closings and advises on condominium declarations, forcible entry and detainer, and leasing issues.
