Neal & Leroy represents Trammell Crow on Hyde Park Labs life science development project in Chicago

Trammell Crow Company has begun vertical construction on Hyde Park Labs, a project that is over 300,000 square feet and dedicated to life science development in Chicago. Neal & Leroy attorneys have used their real estate, development, land use, and zoning expertise to facilitate this new construction which is scheduled to open in late 2024. Hyde Park Labs will comprise nine floors of Class A offices, labs, and ground-floor retail space of the 14 story building. The University of Chicago has preleased one and half floors of the building to host the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering’s research team. UChicago also plans to use the space for STEM programs, teaching spaces, mentorship, and funding a community engagement program.
